Playtime Fee's & Confirming A Place For Your Child

If you have any specific requirements on day care fees please ask to speak to Jane or Bob at the time of requesting a nursery prospectus/brochure.

In order to keep the fee payment process as simple as possible for all concerned we do ask that the following requirements are observed: -

  • Fees are payable strictly in advance by standing order or cheque. Absences will be charged at full cost.
  • Once a place has been confirmed at the nursery the equivalent to one months 'regular' fees will be required as a deposit to hold the place. Once the place is taken, your deposit will be deducted from your first payment. If your child does not attend the nursery once the place has been accepted the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If leaving the nursery a period of one months notice is requested.
  • Full Fee's will be charged for days that we are forced to close (i.e. bank holidays and Christmas period).
  • Fee's are reviewed in April annually.
